Looking for a country song I thought by Brooks and Dunn about a car accident one of the passengers was dying and an angel shows up and saves them.... the other passenger sees the angel.

The only one I can think of, and it's not Brooks and Dunn, would be Riding with Private Malone by David Ball. However, it's not an "angel" exactly, it's a man dressed as a soldier who was supposed to be the previous owner of the car.
