I am trying to find out about a song Tim McGraw sang live not on one of his albums?

I remember the song well and have always liked it and did a search but I caught the end of him singing "YOU LEFT ME JUST WHEN I NEEDED YOU MOST" on tv the other night and I have no clue where he was but it was INCREDIBLE!! Anyone have information on how to get this on cd downloaded?

This is a cover tune he did... If i remember right it was part of the medley he did .. cant remember the other songs in front of it now. maybe some here will see this and it will ring a bell.
