Can anyone recommend some good bluegrass bands?

I prefer a groups featuring female vocals. Also, a huge plus is prominent slow, smooth fiddle -- a lot like The Duhks' "Out of the Rain" (in fact, the sound in "Out of the Rain" is the ideal bluegrass sound I'm looking for!).
